communication, verification, subscription services, customer support, and other
services offered by the Platform.
“Premium Services” means any paid service, subscription, membership, boost, visibility
feature, personalised matchmaking service, or other chargeable facility.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- You must be legally competent to enter into a
binding agreement under applicable law.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to
create or use a matrimonial profile.
- The Platform is intended solely for individuals
seeking lawful matrimonial relationships/marriage.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete
information during registration.
- You must not create a profile for a minor.
- A parent, guardian, family member, or authorised
representative may assist in creating or managing a matrimonial profile
only where permitted by the Platform and applicable law.
- The Platform reserves the right to request age or
identity verification at any time.
3. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM
The Platform is an
online matrimonial matchmaking service intended to facilitate introductions
between individuals seeking marriage.
The Platform:

matrimonial matches.

May provide compatibility or recommendation-based

not guarantee that any User will find a suitable partner, receive a proposal,
get married, or have a successful matrimonial relationship.
Users are solely
responsible for evaluating the suitability, identity, background, character,
financial position, and other circumstances of any person they interact with.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use certain
Services, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:

Maintain the accuracy of your Profile.

Keep your login credentials confidential.

Not share your account with another person without
authorisation.
ü
Immediately notify us of unauthorised access or suspected

5. PROFILE INFORMATION
You are solely
responsible for the information submitted to your Profile.
You must not:

income, location, or family information.

Upload photographs belonging to another person without
permission.

Misrepresent your identity.
ü
Conceal an existing marriage or relationship where
disclosure is legally or reasonably relevant to matrimonial discussions.

Impersonate another individual.
ü
Upload misleading, defamatory, obscene, sexually
explicit, hateful, or illegal content.
The Platform may
provide profile-editing and verification features but does not guarantee that
every piece of information supplied by Users is accurate.
6. PROFILE VERIFICATION
The Platform may
offer or require verification of:

Mobile number
ü
Email address
ü
Identity
ü
Age
ü
Photograph
ü
Education
ü
Employment/profession
ü
Other information
Verification may
be performed through internal processes or authorised third-party service
providers.
A “Verified” badge
or verification status means that certain information has been checked
according to the applicable verification process. It does not constitute a
guarantee, certification, endorsement, or background investigation of the User.
The Platform may
remove or revoke verification where information is found to be false, outdated,
incomplete, or suspicious.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must

You should

not be responsible for financial transactions or losses arising from
interactions between Users.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users shall not
use the Platform for:
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Dating or casual relationships where inconsistent
with the Platform's matrimonial purpose.
- Sexual solicitation or exploitation.
- Harassment, stalking, intimidation, or threats.
- Financial scams or solicitation of money.
- Money laundering or other unlawful financial
activities.
- Spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
- Advertising or promoting businesses without
authorisation.
- Political, religious, discriminatory, hateful, or
extremist activities unrelated to lawful matrimonial use.
- Uploading obscene, pornographic, defamatory, or
unlawful content.
- Impersonating another person.
- Creating fake or duplicate profiles for deceptive
purposes.
- Scraping, copying, downloading, or commercially
exploiting User profiles.
- Using automated bots, crawlers, scripts, or other
mechanisms without written permission.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the
Platform.
- Circumventing security or verification systems.
- Collecting another User's personal information
without consent.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
9. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN USERS
The Platform may
provide:

Voice/video communication

Other communication features
Users are solely
responsible for their communications.
We may take action
against accounts involved in:

Abusive language

Repeated unwanted communication
Users should
report suspicious or abusive behavior immediately.

share your bank PIN, UPI PIN, card PIN, password, or OTP with another Member.
11. PHOTOGRAPHS AND USER CONTENT
By uploading
photographs, text, videos, or other content to the Platform, you confirm that:

You own the content or have the necessary rights to use
it.

The content does not violate any law.
ü
The content does not infringe another person's
intellectual property or privacy rights.
ü
The content does not contain prohibited or unlawful
material.
You grant the
Platform a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display,
reproduce, process, and technically modify such content as necessary to provide
and operate the Services.
The Platform may
remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

applicable Indian data-protection laws.

15. USER SAFETY
Users should take
reasonable safety precautions, including:

Conducting appropriate identity verification.

Communicating through the Platform where possible.
ü
Involving trusted family members when appropriate.

Meeting in public places initially.

Informing family/friends before meeting.
ü
Avoiding financial transactions with unknown Users.

If a User requests

Prices, validity

A User is
responsible for reviewing the applicable plan before making payment.
17. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments may be
processed through authorized payment gateways or service providers.
The Platform does
not store complete payment-card information unless legally permitted and
necessary.
You agree to
provide accurate billing information.
Applicable taxes,
including GST where applicable, may be charged in addition to the displayed
service price.
18. AUTO-RENEWAL
Where a
subscription provides automatic renewal, the renewal terms, amount, frequency,
and cancellation mechanism will be disclosed before activation.
You may cancel
future renewals in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
Cancellation of
auto-renewal does not automatically create a right to a refund for a period
already purchased, except where required under applicable law or the Platform's
refund policy.
19. REFUND AND CANCELLATION

reputational risk.
We may also remove
individual profiles, photographs, messages, or other content where reasonably
necessary.
24. USER DELETION
A User may request
deletion or closure of their account subject to applicable law, outstanding
contractual obligations, fraud-prevention requirements, legal retention
requirements, and technical limitations.

information may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for:

25. DISCLAIMER

that interactions with other Members are undertaken at your own risk.
The Platform is
not responsible for the conduct, statements, representations, omissions, or
actions of Users.
26. NO GUARANTEE OF MARRIAGE
The Platform does
not guarantee:

A suitable match.
ü
Responses from other Members.
ü
Engagement.
ü
Marriage.
ü
Compatibility.
ü
Relationship success.
ü
Accuracy of compatibility scores or recommendations.
Any testimonials,
success stories, statistics, or promotional statements should not be
interpreted as a guarantee of similar results.
27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its owners, directors,
employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable
for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising
from:

User-to-user interactions.

False information supplied by Users.

Fraud committed by another User.

Relationship disputes.

affiliates, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses,
